“We needed to tackle 1.5 acres of very overgrown property. Steep, nasty and dense. No way I could have made a dent in it with my equipment or limited time. No way! Found Ed and Ross of Gold Hill Brush Removal (Placerville) last weekend on Next Door and gave them a call.
Within two hours after my first phone call, Ross and Ed showed up at our Mountain View Drive property. They walked the problem area and I had a quote in my inbox that night.. We booked Gold Hill Brush Removal the next day based on first impressions, quote, etc. The job took just 2 days.
Ed and Ross showed up with a state-of-the-art John Deere "Masticator" that made short work of the project. What a machine!! You have see it to believe it. I have video if anyone is interested. The machine takes down large trees, brush, etc. and mulches it as it travels.
There is nothing to haul away, instead the machine lays down a thick layer of mulch. It's amazing to watch. I addition to the bulk brush removal, Ed and Ross did tons of handwork with chainsaws and handheld brush cutters. They walked the perimeter and fine tuned every foot and around every mature tree.
Very nice and shows their attention to detail and commitment to us, the homeowners. They treated they job like it was their house. Impressive. The end result is now an acre and a half of meadow where only scrub oak, poison oak and blackberries once
stood. Amazing transformation of a major part of our property”
